		<description>Good thoughts Iggy.  I concur that &quot;Kantor&quot; best describes the role of a church musician.  It will take some teaching, though, for many congregations to accept and/or consider that title since it is unknown to them.</description>

Properly understood, Kantor is the best term because it encompasses all of what a church musician does.</description>
