Each DP selected a delegation from his district, with instructions to bring practicioners of and/or advocates for “traditional” and “contemporary” worship. The delegations were also balanced between pastors and musicians, and were to include commissioned minsiters.

The table discussions were then engineered so as to have a group at each table that included pastors, teachers/DCES, musicians, all roughly divided between those who predominately use “traditional” and “contemporary” worship.

Thanks for letting us know! Definitely listen to the presentation by Dr. Gibbs. That was worth going to the whole conference.

Ooh! Thanks for introducing me to LPH Quarterly!

I am not sure how people were chosen for this event, or how many were chosen from each district, or who represented my district from the pastors.

I know Phil Magness went, and he is in my district. But I have no clue who else went from our district.

I guess I know who to ask about it, then! Probably each district had it’s own way to figure this out.
